4. So I had to concoct my own firm pillow surface to sleep on each night (since the cleaning people would undo the day's work each time they came): I would take all sheets not being used and cram them into a pillowcase, all this together making one good, hard pillow on which to sleep.

5. I have a few suggestions: Under "special requests" in my Expedia order I wrote that I would like hard pillows.
