1. Everyone in the room heard this woman and must have thought after her treatment that I must not have been a guest as she so rudely implied.

2. Then the following morning (day of our check out) at about 8 am, a maintenance worker tried to barge into the room, then a guest services rep came up to the room and rudely asked why we had not switched rooms.
