2. Leaky pipe in bathroom caused floor and carpet outside of bathroom area to be soggy wet all weekend; reported the problem; was never contacted again; then we were awakened to a maintenance worker trying to enter our room at 8Am on Sunday with a Front Desk person at the door later asking us why WE didn't switch rooms; totally ridiculous customer service If I book this room again on Priceline, I won't be happy.
