1. Maybe another air conditioner issue, I don't know, otherwise, they had no complaints except for the same uncomfortable couch.

2. They said they had no issues with their room except that the first night the room was a little warm, but not uncomfortable, but the next night they were almost cold.

3. Another odd thing was the couch which had nothing but a small rolled pillow for the back, and was very uncomfortable to sit on because you couldn't lean back.
