1. Also, be sure to ask for a non smoking room if it's an issue because smoking is allowed in the rooms.

5. I currently have two outstanding issues with LaQuinta corporate, the BBB and quite possibly legal action because of this manager.

8. They said they had no issues with their room except that the first night the room was a little warm, but not uncomfortable, but the next night they were almost cold.

10. Once we requested these issues be addressed, the gentleman downstairs gave us another room down the hall, we checked it out and the air conditioner in that room was working fine, TV was fine and we could no longer hear the dog, so we moved and it made our trip a lot more enjoyable.
