1. We arrived there on Feb 17th for a National Cheer competition and were greeted by a female who spoke little to no english, gave me the wrong room twice then the third time I went down to the desk to change rooms she gave me a room reeking of mold.

Bad area, beggers everywhere, front desk unfriendly, elevators worn out, hallway walls and carpet dirty, room is the size of a walk in clost, window had plywood rather than glass, dity hand prints all over the walls and doors, window unit air conditioning, one towel, no wash cloths, smells moldy as hell.

Holes in the wall, mold, bathroom wallpaper below waist level hanging loose with floor level edge tiling glued to it to keep it from curling up, bathroom sink and mirror not level, exposed plywood edges where counters were cut off and reinforced because they didn't fit, counter top material used to cover door jamb.
