5. bad area, beggers everywhere, front desk unfriendly, elevators worn out, hallway walls and carpet dirty, room is the size of a walk in clost, window had plywood rather than glass, dity hand prints all over the walls and doors, window unit air conditioning, one towel, no wash cloths, smells moldy as hell.
