1. Actually - This took place in September 2010 - but the system wouldn't allow for that date - Hotel was severely run down - room initially appeared clean - but during the night cockroaches crawled across my face - and when we threw the lights on they scattered everywhere near the bathroom and sink.

2. This is an OLD hotel, very dated, with musty odor; however, the rates are great, I agree with Ladyzion, great for one or two nite(bring air freshener)~ it's also directly across from the Merchandise Mart and within walking distance of great restaurants.

6. Then we were locked out of our room which were scheduled to stay an extra day when I called for customer service the desk clerk was rude 'he told me being rude would not get me [--]' when I tried to explain to him that I had a receipt and when my checkout date was.

9. The breakfast was contenental which was OK and the hotel was dated but for a decent location close to downtown and the convention center with clean rooms it was a reasonable price.
