com, but at the hotel the had mixed up the reservation, so we where met by
arrogant
personal in the lobby, and it took us about 15 minutes to finally get access to our room.
"It's all about location, but this is the WORST hotel ever !! "

On top of that I was greatly disappointed with how one of the workers treated an 'international' guest that had a question; he treated her as if she was five and gave a very
arrogant
tone of voice to her and used very disrespectful sign language.
