1. Had a room that was tucked away in the corner of a middle floor and noise was not an issue.

2. I know these beds aren't queens because my brother visited the same hotel the previous weekend on our way to FLA and he was first given a room with 2 queens, only to be moved to the same room with doubles I had after AC issues.

3. I press the issue with the individual, and he indicates that because I bought online that this is the only room I have access to and that for an upcharge of $40-$50 A I can be moved to a suite room with 2 queens.

4. That's one of the reasons why we pick Hiltons, so we dont have to worry about issues such as roaches.

5. We drove to Atlanta from Savannah and when we arrived the evening of June 17th I was told one of the rooms we had reserved was not available because they had had 'water issues' and rather than set aside the prepaid reservations as guaranteed arrivals, or calling the people with reservations affected by this issue, they had been giving out rooms on a first come-first serve basis.
