1. The lobby area can get noisy on the weekends, and there was some sound bleed into the living room of my suite (on the 7th floor - the atrium is open all the way down to the lobby), but as soon as I closed my bedroom door, I could not hear a thing.

2. I did spend some time sitting on the couch relaxing and will say that it was pretty noisy out there.

3. On the down side, the hotel can be noisy at night due to all rooms surrounding a large atrium that tens to echo every noise and there is a charge for internet access.
