1. Lots of things can cause a delay at the front desk, so I won't penalize a hotel for taking care of a guest, but the cold shower was a problem.

We called down to the front desk about a few minor issues regarding the tv reception and the air conditioner and someone was at our room within minutes to address the problems, although we called the following day when housekeeping neglected to leave hand towel requesting that towels be sent up.

5. The first problem and complaint is that we arrived @ 1pm, 2 hours prior to check in time of 3pm and were told we couldn't get in any rooms, so we returned at 10:30pm and the room was still not ready.
