1. The only complaint I really have was that there was a LOT of noise out in the hallways -- raucous laughter & talking, doors slamming, etc.

3. The first problem and complaint is that we arrived @ 1pm, 2 hours prior to check in time of 3pm and were told we couldn't get in any rooms, so we returned at 10:30pm and the room was still not ready.
