1. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is OK for it's limited services for a pleasure traveler, but 4th? Staff does not volunteer information nor asks if assistance or suggestion are needed and I was not the only one experiencing 'pursue yourself' as I noticed other guests question the staff while waiting for my room.
