1. They came back and fixed it but the lady who brought the food was a little scary as she seemed rather hostile beofore there was a problem.

4. Another minus - our toilet seemed to be clogged when we first arrived - I called Guest Services and a plumber arrived immediately and fixed the problem within 5 minutes.
