1. It's set back a bit from the street, so I don't quite understand where all the street noise was coming from, but I heard many noisy vehicles passing by during the night, including some very loud emergency vehicles at about 5:00AM.

3. There was some kind of convention going on that caused there to be loud guests roaming the halls til about 2am, but that's not really the hotel's fault.
