3. As an HHonor Member, i will never visit this particular hotel, because if the customer service is this bad over the phone, i cant imagine what it would be like in person.

5. They only had two computers, rather than three and no apple like they advertised throughout the hotel, and one of the computers had a bad virus and could not be used.
