1. The next morning I called the Albany county health dept and the woman said the problem was fixed, and they now have just about the cleanest water in the Albany region, we still spent most of the night worried about this state issued health notice in our room.

2. We were going through a book in the room and there was a health notice from the health department, saying that the water system had some bacteria in it, we called the front desk to find out answers, and the employee was rude and couldn't show us any documentation that the problem was fixed.

9. I had a problem with my night stand light not working and in less than five minutes of telephoning the front desk a very pleasant and affable maintenance man came and fixed the problem.
