1. Minor technical problems - pool light fell out and pool was shut down for a day; 2 elevator cars weren't working properly; lobby renovation made the desk area loud; the much advertised rooftop restaurant was closed for renovations - BIG disappointment.

7. There were specific problems to my stay including a broken bathtub faucet (dripping water) and a water main to the sprinkler system breaking in the middle of the night.
