1. Minor technical problems - pool light fell out and pool was shut down for a day; 2 elevator cars weren't working properly; lobby renovation made the desk area loud; the much advertised rooftop restaurant was closed for renovations - BIG disappointment.

2. My recommendation to anyone who needs to stay in the Arlington area is to not stay at the Hyatt - it was a huge disappointment after staying at a number of other Hyatt's, including the one here in Phoenix.
