1. They promised me the next morning that I would be upgraded to a junior suite with a great view at the end of the day when it becomes available; in order to accomodate my inconvenience.

2. Unfortunately, when the group changed hotels, we could not since our air was working; and we ended up with the inconvenience of being at two different hotels 15 minutes drive apart.

3. On the downside, there was only one high-speed connection, and it was inconveniently located (no power outlet anywhere near), and only a 5 foot cable was provided.
