Many issues:1) Concierge did not know anything and were not prepared to give any correct instructions for any of the events or attrctions around town (they were wrong 3 out of 3 times, so we stopped asking them)2) Broken applicances or items such as mini-fridge, Nintendo station (which we had asked for and we had asked to be fixed - they attempted to fix 3 times and each time they said it worked,.
