1. Our one minor complaint is that the room ventilation is poor and the windows cannot be opened to help bring in fresher air.

2. The bathroom flushing mechanism broke down twice on our overnight stay, apparently the water saving device malfunctions often as we were told by the repairman (who actually showed up with 30 minutes of our complaints, both times).
