1. There were cracks in some of the marble tops; peeling veneers on some of the cabinets; really just a little too worn out.

2. The golf course view, in-room Jacuzzi tub and tempurpedic mattress was very nice; however, the cabinets and faucets were worn and the room did not smell fresh.
