5. The fitness area was awful, there was peeling stucco on the exterior, gardeners were spraying awful smelling chemicals around us and our room.

6. Its a nice room, I just would not consider it 4 stars (there were holes in the sheets, holes in the walls, wallpaper peeling all over, a towel bar apparently ripped out of the wall in the bathroom and the holes just left and not repaired.
