2. Our only complaints regarding the room were the size of the in-room safe (barely large enough to hold my mini laptop and a cell phone) and the air conditioning unit made too much noise at times, making it difficult to sleep.

6. My only two complaints are that the resort convenience store and "gift shop" is very small in size compared to other resorts and is not open 24/7 like the other resorts.

7. In both encounters, they expressed their disappointment in Saratoga Springs, how use to be was nice, but that Disney was not keeping it up and they shared some of the same complaints that we were experiencing.

8. Again I can understand peoples complaints about the buses, however given the scope and size of Disney World I think they are doing a pretty good job at moving people from hotels to parks.

9. The set up of the hotel is very nice for the central area, I can understand those complaints of people that stayed in other sections as the property itself is very large and you can be quite far away from the main area.
