1. There was a problem with connecting to computers and did not know how to help when we asked for help, they referred us to call ourselves,which did not exactly make sense.

3. The real problem with this hotel is that they will charge you for things you haven't agreed to.

4. The only problem is that some rooms on the first room floor (4th floor) don't get too much sun, and because of that they have a strong musty smell.
