4. While the hotel and staff else was nice, we certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone given the lack of understanding of the Duty Manager.

5. We were disappointed with the pool area because it lacks privacy and discretion and it doesn't have decent chairs but worse than that the gardeners were doing maintenance at the best time for enjoying the pool, so it was extremely noisy, polluted and unpleasant.
