We checked in late Friday night ( around 11ish ) everything with check-in went really well ( had booked the room on their website a few nights before without any

In the second room they gave me, the air conditioner didn't cool the room at all, and in the third room, wich is near the pool, there is a bunch of ants in the bathroom and maintenance did not fix the
problem
.
