1. The first night, our room had airco problems and one of the beds was uncomfortable.

2. We checked in late Friday night ( around 11ish ) everything with check-in went really well ( had booked the room on their website a few nights before without any problems )We had a great stay.

6. In the second room they gave me, the air conditioner didn't cool the room at all, and in the third room, wich is near the pool, there is a bunch of ants in the bathroom and maintenance did not fix the problem.

8. There were two other couples that had the same problem and that arrived at the hotel on the same shuttle as us and they were treated in the same manner.
