1. When we went to complain about it the person working the front desk basically told us she didn't care that our stay was AWFUL.

2. I had to go for a short bussiness trip to Miami, room was clean, no bugs, front desk was very helpfull, it is not a 5 start hotel BUT, room was clean, quiet,close to the airport, good location, no complains at all.
