1. - No toiletries or complimentary items you need whilst travelling (the hairdryer was awful as well) - The bathroom door had a spring to shut it - this was terrible - The business services at the hotel cost $5.

2. Now, that's not to say that all of them were, but a couple of the young ladies up front didn't seem too concerned or overtly friendly - but that's not terribly important if you do your job right.
