1. Customer service grudging at best, the chair in the very small room didn't impress me as something clean enough to sit on, but it wasn't noisy, the bed was clean and comfortable enough.

3. The hotel itself was OK - the 'restaurant / lounge' was not inviting, and the bar was on the airport terminal level, so it was kind of noisy.

4. It was a bit noisy but for the convience of not having to get a taxi to an out side hotel and the comfor bed I would stay again.
