1. The woman at the desk was very rude to my husband and she then put us on the top floor all the way on the back of the building.

When we checked in we were about a half hour early and denied to be checked in but the lady was rude and blew me off then later that night I forgot a toothbrush and when I went to the front desk they only sold them for like five dollars so I just went to the store instead and got one for one buck.
