2. The downside is the place is old, the hallways are dark and a bit dingy, and if people are talking in the hallway, consider yourself a party to it even if you're lying in bed.

3. I think it was great value for money and the only downside I can think of is the strange breakfast arrangement: Free coffee and tea in the lobby from 5 to 7 AM and breakfast for purchase in the restaurant around the corner after 7.

4. downside you have to drive to get to the nice beaches on the other side of the island.
