1. our room was changed to double qeen beds without any problem although we stayed for more than five hours in the one qween bed i booked.

2. Fortunately, it wasn't an issue, and I didn't see any while I was there at all, but it could have been a problem I guess (my wife is very allergic to cats).

3. As a boutique I imagine that they do not have a 24 hour engineer on staff to address these issues and so by the time I reported both problems, it was too late to rectify as I was staying for only one night.

4. Nice hotel only had one problem with booking - Originally booked a King size bed, but on arrival recieved a Queen.
