1. It's a short drive to Red rock Canyon, and about an hour to Hoover Dam if I remember right.

2. But it is a nice clean complex just a short drive down to the Strip, it is also just 15 minutes from some great mountain bike trails and the scenery of Red rocks Canyon.

9. ? Although we rented a car to get to Red rock Canyon(hiked there twice, 15 mins from the Cliffs) and the Hoover Dam (1 hour drive), we usually took the shuttle to go to the Strip or Fremont Street.

10. I personally preferred to gamble at Red rock Canyon Resort and Casino and Old Las Vegas on Fremont Street instead of the Strip.
