5. Good pillows and comfortable beds--had to call the front desk at 6:15 in the evening to tell them my room had not yet been cleaned and they didn't seem the least bit shocked.

10. They will do your laundry for another sticker shock it was like 3 something to wash one pair of underwear, and the price of a shirt I believe was 7 dollars and something.
