2. We got - Unit (526) dirty shag carpet, someone's panties on the floor in the closet, broken closet door, broken screen door, more dust than CSI Las Vegas, dirty fridge, broken toaster, paint peeling off of bathroom walls, bedroom walls, closet doors.

3. Tiles were chipped and cracked, the carpet was lumpy, the furniture was tired, the bed was rock hard, the bedside table lamps fell apart when we turned off the lights, metals were corroded, the master bathroom had veneer on the cabinets which was peeling off and the bathtub/shower looked decidedly unappealing.
