1. Infact when we asked the receptionist who has handling our check in for a smoking room, she was quite rude and replied that it was a non smoking hotel and if caught smoking we would escorted out of the hotel and would have to pay a 250 USD fine.

2. I thought the valet guy was rather rude, and I didn't realize beforehand that you don't have a choice in not having the valet service.
