1. The only complaint I would make is that if you want a day out in NYC, baggage storage can be tricky if you want to come back later to pick it up from the hotel.

4. My big complaint is that they got rid of the breakfast buffett / full service restaurant with a much more limited imitation Starbucks like food offering.
