1. I called the desk and was told, with a bit of attitude, that they would let maintenance know about the problem in the morning.

2. Then, they do nothing more than they have to, let you know complaints/concerns/requests are not welcome by their expressions, and always have an immediate answer to any problem that implies it should be no problem for the customer or that the customer caused it.

9. I`m from Louisiana and didn`t have any problems (Thanks to Mapquest) This will be my hotel of choice everytime I`m in the Houston area.
