3. When I contacted the site directly, and spoke to the supposed 'site manager' she told me she couldn`t issue me a refund because she didn`t receive the notice from corporate to cancel the room for me, and without my cancellation number, which I had conveniently deleted because they said everything was okay, I would not be getting a refund.
