1. Now for the honest-not-so-great points: the carpet in the lobby, hallways and elevators is trashed and stained.

2. When I stayed there, the hotel was still recovering from hurricane damage, which left some water stains on hallway carpets and wallpaper, but the service, room, restaurant, and general atmosphere were all top shelf.
