1. I found the hotel to be in average condition -- hallway carpets were dirty, an elevator was broken, the pool had all kinds of leaves and branches floating in it.

2. But am I crazy here? $229 for double room (with parking) and another $179 for a King room: low-ceilings, paritally updated, dirty carpeted, lost in time (1970s) hotel? Just seems high to me considering all the other hotels along that airport road were Motel 6, Sleep Inn or Hampton Inn caliber.
