1. It was an honest mistake and when mentioned at check out we were promised that upon our next stay they would make sure to do something special to make up for it.

2. While someone's obviously done a nice job of updating this hotel to current standards, they made a huge mistake in choosing to not put in quality soundproof windows, especially given how close many rooms are to Washington Street, a main clubbing area.
