3. On my second day they cancelled my key somehow by mistake, it was somewhat inconvenient but they corrected the problem.

4. We were in a room on the 3rd floor and the only thing that we had a problem was the safe in the room didn't work and the tub was keeping water in it.

Clean and welcoming hotel, the room was nice and big, the bedding was beautiful and very comfy, the problem was in the bathroom, sink drainage didn't work and the vanity was dirty, had a dry coffee spill in a corner that was obviously missed, the hairdryer was dirty, no proper wiping was done in the bathroom, too bad, everything else was wonderful .
