2. My only disappointment was the snack/beverage bar in the room: an 18% gratuity on everything consumed is more than a little steep to have someone replace an item.

5. I was disappointed by the hallways appearance and the other public areas - they did not hold the glitz like the Westin in MO.

9. We were given a handicap room, I didn't mind, but was disappointed; the floors were not clean in the room and the faucet in the bathroom was malfunctioning.
