4. It's easy to see, but a little tricky to drive to (print the directions) decor was a little old and worn, ice machine was broken on our floor, there were some spots on the carpet, and the toilet flushed almost silently, but ran for a long time and made a lot of noise.

9. Aside from pleasant and helpful staff members, the other factors took away from my experience: The room was dirty, the walls paper thin so I could hear an alarm go off at 6 that never turned off before I left the hotel, plus difficult to sleep with traffic noise and other room's noises.
