Had an
issue
with the toilet in one room, but the hotel changed my room and bought me breakfast and dinner to make up for the inconvenience.

It does not yet require a renovation; however there are many minor maintenance
issue
s throughout that should be addressed immediately for a hotel of this star level to attract repeat customers.
