1. Aside from the low prices (which don't really strike me as low, considering rates were hovering around $125+), the free parking and the obvious location placement - this joint is pretty much a dump.

2. In daylight the following morning we realised the room was truly a dump - the decor looked like it hadn't seen a lick of pain in years, curtains were ancient, filthy and marked (although they certainly kept the light out), the carpet was stained and looked filthy.

3. Immediate reaction, is 'what a dump?' But we didn't plan on staying there except for sleep and showers since we were visiting to go to the U2 concert.
